Giovanna decided to pursue her interest professionally after obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from Giovanna Brazil serves as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Investment Associate at CRI, where she oversees tenant relations, property operations, compliance, and day-to-day management across the company's portfolio of manufactured housing communities and commercial real estate assets. She also works closely with clients to develop and execute long-term investment strategies in both residential and commercial real estate.

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from Arizona State University and gaining experience as a clinical researcher, Giovanna transitioned into real estate, bringing a strong analytical background and client-focused approach to the industry. Her unique combination of operational leadership and investment expertise allows her to effectively support both property owners and investors while ensuring communities operate efficiently and successfully.

Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to client service, Giovanna plays an integral role in helping CRI deliver exceptional results and long-term value.

Outside of work, Giovanna enjoys staying active at the gym, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
